I'm having a problem where when I record using "schedule a recording" I only get a blank screen when I play the recording back(but I do get sound).
I think the problem is to do with my set up for my PVR-250 card where I have to use the test_ioctl -p 5 to be able to see a picture from the composite input when watching live TV. It seems like mythtv changes this setting after I choose to record, as when I try and watch live TV all I get is a blank screen with sound, the only way to correct this is to make the test_ioctl setting again. For the moment I have set cron to make this setting every minute, is there a better way of doing this?
