Hi,

just installed R4 on a VIA 800 with a PVR 250.

After the install mysql.txt is missing.

So for all others with this problem mysql.txt should be in:
/home/mythtv/.mythtv/mysql.txt

and should contain:

DBHostName=localhost
DBUserName=root
DBPassword=
DBName=mythconverg

hope this helps others.

Since you have a PVR-250 as root:
install-i586-l
