Problem is fixed by not using the Audigy2. Amazing what happens when you just give up, isn't it? I still think the problem is the older emu10k1 driver that came with R4. I'd like to see the newer one on R5. Still, Can't seem to get surround out, but that's a different thread. Thanks for the help.
