Before you install, please read the docs, some changes have been made... Don't install the nvidia drivers UNTIL AFTER configuration has been complete and the frontend starts for the first time. If you want to use XvMC, DON'T install a package w/ XvMC until after configuration is completed. XvMC is only for nVidia based card that support it and was built against the 4363 driver. i586 is Pentium class, i686 is PentiumPro and above(yes, this includes the Athlon). V2 will probably start appearing on the mirrors on Sunday.
