Hi, I am very, very new to Linux and Unix.
First, I am trying to follow the instructions per the installation document for auto install. When I try to load the nvidia drivers typing "install-nvidia", per cecil instructions, I get a "command not found". Should I type anything else other than install-nvidia? I already modified XF86Config-4.
Second, Will this installation require any other setup procedures for MythTv other than the ones specific to Auto install, or will I be able to use MythTv when I am done with the Auto install.
I am using PVR-250, GeForce4 MX 420, and SB Live 5.1.
I am very excited about getting this setup to work, but beeing so new to Linux and Mythtv I am kind of lost.
Thank You,
Manny

well not sure why it says command not found. make sure you are logged in as root then type install and hit the tab button twice it should show you all commands starting with install.

As for anything else you will have to do you should just have to run the install-i686-l command to install the stuff to make your remote work. that is if you have a remote. the grey one inparticular. and double check that command with the docs it's from memory and I'm too lazy to verify.

That was a mistake with the latest install instructions. The correct command is install-nvidia.sh. It is just missing the ".sh" at the end. Give that a try.
