Hi,
I did a fully auto install, and then repartitioned with PQmagic to allow multibooting to other environments. I had repartitioned cache to hda6 and Myth to hda7.
All was well until I did somthing else, and broke the Knoppmyth installation beyond my ability to repair it.

I used the autoupgrade function to reinstall hda1, this works, but the frontend never starts, as it now is trying to find everything "where it should be" on hda3 and hda4.

So then I tried Manual install, but after the set your name and passwords sequence it fails with a command line warning which suggests "expected 7 tokens could only find 4 run --help"

Any help from anybody out there ? As I had everything nicely multibooting into win2k XP and Knopix I am loath to do a full disk wipe required by the fully auto install.

There is much reffrence to a config file in the readme on the iso image, and in this forum, but I never get there in the installation menu.

You can try an autoupgrade, don't reboot at the end. Chroot to the drive and edit the fstab file to point to the other drives. Exit chroot then reboot.

Just for intrest, do you understand why the manual install fails ? I have only one primary partition and the rest of the drive is virtual partitions.
