when installing i got an error that the installer couldn't find some fonts on the cd. it could be just a bad burn so i'm going to reburn and try again. and two other things are kinda funny. when i did mkmythdir i got a cannot find /cache/cache. and when i run mythfrontend. i don't have and words on the icons just squeres. i'll reinstall and test these things out. fraggal |

the reburn worked just fine. now the only thing that ddin't go very well is the alsamixer part when i do that i get and error about now being able to find the file or dir. going to check into that later tonight. fraggal |

You can also use aumix. Some people have reported problem w/ alsamixer not saving the setting(has been addressed in R4), aumix works w/o issue. Cecil |
