Hi i spent the last two days trying to get my mythtv setup working, but i couldn't get tv or sound working

does anyone have this setup and can detail what exactly needs to be done to install sound/tv?
i'm ready to restart my installation to try this.

You need to provide us with must more info my friend. Hardware details would be helpful, and also, what have you done (ie ran the standard install and ...??)
