I just finished installing knoppmyth, and during the final configuration, I run into the error

"module eth1394 does not exist in /proc/modules"

I am thinking this is caused by my audigy's Firewire port which I would prefer to disable.

I will not be networking over it as I have a wireless network.

I am getting the same problem. But I don't have a firewire port on this motherboard.

When I was configuring it, I set it to use wireless. When i select eth0 (wired) the install procedues correctly.

But how did you get it past that point? Every time I re-run the configuration, it dies after configuring the time-zone.

I restarted and it automatically began the config process from the beginning
