What is required to install KnoppMyth using LVM?

Currently, you have to install KnoppMyth then setup LVM.

Understanding that LVM can only be installed after the initial install, what part of the directory structure can be destroyed and reinstalled using LVM that best accomodates the dynamic growth that LVM offers?

I've never used LVM. Search the forum someone has posted instructions on setting it up.
