Post subject:  PROBLEM TO INSTALL, ABOUT HARD DRIVE

I've downloaded the R5A1 and it don't work here.
That's not a problem of boot or iso, when i start de pc a kind of menu shows up asking for some command (Caldera.....).
The HD must be formated ? NTFS or FAT32? I have to create partitions even to AUTO-INSTALL? I should have created an ISO by the 'RAR' archive that i downloaded or I should have cretead an ISO by the devices (boot and knoppix)?

You are asking/stating various things and non of it seems to make any sense. What is it you are trying to do?

The ISO should be burnt as an image. In order for the ISO to boot, your system must be set to boot from CD-ROM.

as I have said before, the system is ready to boot from cd.
1)The archive that I downloaded must be burn exactly as it came?
2)The HD must be formated or the own knoppmyth does it?

1) The image must be burnt as an image.
2) Auto install with partition the drive and install the boot loader. Auto install only works with PATA (for now). Manual install, you partition the drive how you want, KnoppMyth will install the boot loader. You should note:Auto install willwipe hda clean...
