Im trying to move a knoppmyth install to a new computer. When I boot my screen ends up "input not supported" and the caps and scroll lock are both flashing.

Also noticed that when I boot the knoppmyth cd I also get "input not supported" but it appears to boot.. I was able to get the cd to boot by using the vga=normal command..

Also I am moving from a AMD Athlon to a Celeron.. If that makes any differenece..

Thanks..

you'll need to boot off the cd and change the /etc/lilo.conf file from your harddrive to vga=normal then chroot and run lilo. I know that's not very specific, but I can't remember all the commands right now, a search of the forums for chroot should find a thread about it.
