Hi,

I was running R5D1 with my Hauppage Silver remote working great. When R5E50 first came out I upgraded, read the Hints and Tips and modified the /etc/lirc/hardware.conf to go from /dev/lirc to /dev/lirc0. Things worked great.

While trying to fix my HDTV OTA OSD stutter problem I tried upgrading the nVidia drivers. It clobbered my Broadcom 0.2 Air2PC card (or so I thought) so I decided to do a clean install and start from scratch.

Well now I don't have /dev/lirc0, my hardware.conf is pretty empty. I added the DEVICE="/dev/lirc0" line by hand, reran, lirc-reconfig.sh but no go.

Any ideas?
