I have a myth box I am building and am EXTREMELY new to both linux and the idea of an HTPC. Please be gentle. I have a PVR-350 and a 440 video card that has the DVI out connector. My TV has the DVI input. My question is basically; which is the best and easiest way to connect the HTPC to the television? I have seen some posts regarding the 350 TV out giving trouble. Can I even use the DVI or VGA output to the TV? What are the pros and cons? |
