Hi, When i boot off of the CD with the "tv" option i get the following errors: ide: late registration of drivers. crc error<6>Freeing initrd memory: 486K freed. Kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 03:07 When i run with "failsafe": RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0 crc error<6>Freeing initrd memory: 486K freed. VFS: Cannot open root device "" on on 03:07 Please append a correct "root=" boot option Kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 03:07 the md5 checksum on the iso matches and i've burned the cd twice once using disc at once and the other disc at once/96. I've had no problems getting mandrake to install off it's cds. |
