| Post subject: | No sound in live-tv and recordings |
The sound of music works perfectly, but there's no sound in live-tv. I tried connecting the sound-out of the capture card with the line-in on the sound card, but there's still no sund unless I turn up the line-in channel in xaumix. But then there's always sound! I turning on/of the recoding option for the line-in channel, but it doesn't matter. How do I change that recording option correctly? |

make sure that your line in is set to be the capture device. |

How do I do that? In the capture cards config there's something valled dsp, where I can choose dsp, dsp0 and so on (I tried the first two) is it that you mean? |

I found out that using alsamixer rather than xaumix solved the problem. |
