| Post subject: | Use of new tv_grab_na_dd |
Hey all, I tried to update my xmltv to the latest version, which included the new tv_grab_na_dd executable. I signed up for an account on the Zap2it site and grabbed the data just fine. I then had some massive problems. First, how do I get the data into a format that mythfilldatabase likes? Simple, -f <dd file> gave multiple read errors, apparently due to the format. Also, when I ran this, it killed my channels file and I couldn't therefore see the guide, or even associate my video card with the channel list. I upgraded my system to the most recent v4 to fix this and a few other things - right now it's a vanilla v4 system. What do I need to fix to use the _dd and still have a channel list? I can't seem to find a whole lot of information after RTFBBS and RTFW. Thanks, Donald |
