Post subject:  No program listings in R5E50

I can't get the program listings in my new install of knoppmyth. I've run mythfilldatabase, but still nothing.
I signed up for zap2it, so that should be working.
I'm using the computer on a line with Charter Digital cable in Anderson, SC.

Anyone have some ideas?
I've searched but no one seems to be having the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you enter your information (correctly) in mythtv-setup, under "3. Video Source"? When you ran mythfilldatabase did you receive any errors? If your KM box isn't connecting to the 'net then you wouldn't receive any program data, can you ping labs.zap2it.com?

ping?
I can get shoutcasts so I'm pretty sure that I'm connecting to the internet just fine. I saw a bunch of code 200s when I ran mythfilldatabase.
If I did screw something up during setup haow can i fix it?

- Did you sign up at zap2it.com or http://labs.zap2it.com/, there is a difference.

- As slow2learn already asked, did you double check your configuration under "Video Sources" in mythtv-setup? Once you set up the grabber (Data Direct), username and password, were you able to retrieve and select your channel lineup(s) there?

- Have you found the threads about changing your network configuration because of problems connecting to zap2it?

Ok, I re-ran the mythtv-setup program. And.... now I have listings.
I didn't change a thing. But I guess it just needed to be run again.
The only problem now is that the channels are all names "adding channel". Any idea how to fix that?

You didn't scan for channels, did you? That will hose your DB, and I seem to recall the "Adding Channel" issue may be an indication of that. You probably need to delete your tuners/video sources and recreate them. See tjc's tips here http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=14433

I <b>did</b> scan for channels. I've now re-run mythtv-setup and it looks good. Mythfilldatabase is running as we speak.
