When I installed the R5F27 I did it manual because of my HD was on "hde" and not on "hda" as Knoppmyth expected it to be. Everything was ok and after some nano lilo stuff but OK. When I reboot I get to the graphical interface with TUX in his livingroom and now a script starts a window and it says "Please provide the root Password:" when I enter the root password I come to some ethernet config and the finally the script start downloading som stuff and starts over again and again (infinit loop). FYI 1) md5sum is correct on the iso image "1ffdda47360796a0c2ab50f34743c934" 2) I have rebooted many times and it's the same every times. 3) date and time and timezone is correct Regards, kge72 |

The loop (caused by the live patcher) is unfortunate but the rest should be fine. See the R5F27 Hints (link in my signature block) and the Live Patcher status thread here: http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=99719 |
