| Post subject: | Radeon Tv-out? |
Has any body got the tv-out (PAL) to work on the Radeon 7500 card? I’m new to linux so I have a bit off a struggle her. At the install I typed tv and after reboot I fixed the (Thanks Xsecrets) XF86Confi-4. Result: washing machine! Is it possible for some one to put up a copy of their “XF86Confi-4” file so I can figure out what is wrong? Or has any body seen a step by step guide some where? (Pardon my bad English |

sorry can't really help much exept to say that the raedon is probably not the card for a linux newbie. ATI's linux support is somewhat lacking. They have some binary drivers like nvidia, and then there's the gatos project which is open source. each of them have different features, but neither is complete like the nvidia binary drivers. |
