Hi PPl! I have been trying to get mythtv working with my dvb-s card (Twinhan Vision Plus) I cannot seem to find a channels.conf file for my area or a way to get my card to scan for channels on my desired satellite. The satellite is Nimiq1 I have searched for a How-to or tips to do this and am stumped. Also is there a way to decrypt channels with mythtv? Thanks-in-advance Progdrums |

sorry cesman for posting this here...I did this because i am having a hell of a time installing support for my satellites here in Ontario Canada.Where should I have posted this question? Do you know of anyone who has a working North American Satellite setup in MythTV ? Any help would be appreciated immensely as I have spent what seems like an eternity (3 days solid) trying to figure this out. Thanks again |

Your double posting... but like i said in your other thread.. your not going to get help decripting bev channels from here.. or from the official threads.. they have spoken almost religiously against those types of illeagle activities. If however you want help using FTA channels, there is ALOT of help around.. THose types of channels do not require softcams, keys and such, like DISH or Bev would |
