I have been able to get sound working once. ALSAMIXER was muted. This was easy enough to fix, but after rebooting I have not been able to get the sound to some back.

Also, when I did get it to work the one time, the volume level would reset itself if I moved from watching live TV back to listening to a CD. Is there a way to make KnoppMyth 'remember' my volume level?

I'm using version 4 of KnoppMyth with a Hauppauge PVR-250 on a Athalon 1800. I did an auto install and used apt-get to fix the XMLTV problem.

Any Suggestions?
