[Solved when I upgraded from ivtv 0.3.6L to 0.3.6o. Just remade and installed, rebooted and bam, TV.]

*********************************************************************

Hi all,

I tried getting Knoppmyth working according to Linuxgeek's post. ("R5A16 Rocks") Everything seemed to come together smoothly, but I got to a point where I needed to reboot, and now I get a hang on boot. The last 2 lines before the crash are:

Code:

<3>ivtv: Failed to load module cx25840
eth0: no IPv6 routers present

My guess is that my real problem lies in the cx25840 module not loading, but has anyone else run across this problem? On another side note, has anyone else got the pvr-500 and pchdtv running on r5a16?

[Edit: adding in the results of "modprobe ivtv" "dmesg"]

dmesg:
