hi all,

searched the board and also the ivtv-lists, but haven't found a tip.
maybe it is my broken english, I don't know how to exactly describe the problem.

did a r4 install, updated to ivtv-031125A-0.12. I live in PAL-Country.

have both X and myth working over tv-out, when I boot the system everything is fine.
when I watch a recorded show or live-tv, picture is ok, but OSD is twice on the screen.
when i then exit live-tv (or play recorded show) myth is shifted ~10 % vertical, which means you see the top 57 lines (to be honest, I haven't counted them ;-) at the bottom of the screen.
when I exit myth, X is showing the same strange behaviour.
when i go back to live tv or watch a recorded show, the "mpeg" itself is perfect, but not the menus.........

help & comments appreciated,

zardoz

I suppose if you are really brake, you can install MythTV from CVS and ivyTV from CVS. Apperantly alot of work has gone into making the 350 more usable. If no, update to 0.13 and ivtv 0.17.

thanks for the quick one.

but as the problem is existant also in X, i would guess it is related to ivtv, not offset-seeting in the myth-gui, or what is your opinion ?

thanks a lot
