I have the following questions about installation:

1. If I choose Autoinstall, will the program partition my hard drive for me (it will be a new drive)?

2. The "Pamphlet" says:

Code:
At the splashscreen press:
for no TV out:
<ENTER>
with TV out:
  tv<ENTER>
This will set your video adapter to a resolution of 800x600.
Note: You'll still need to edit /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 to change the refresh rate or you CAN destroy your TV.

Can I enter the tv option if I am later going to connect to a TV? i.e., this won't hurt my monitor? I assume this is OK, but I just want to be sure :). I will be using a FX5200 with TV out.

Thanks.

You want to first set it up via your monitor. You can switch it to tv after you get everything working.

Can anyone help with the 1st question? Will "Autoinstall" partition my drive for me?

Thanks.
