Hi,
Can anyone answer this quick question.
I have installed R5A26 and I'm intending to use this Myth box on a TV. I accidently forgot to type 'TV' before the install. I'm imagining that this means that when I boot the computer plugged into the TV it won't be at the appropriate resolution (?).

Obviously I'll edit XF86Conf-4 to the tv settings, but will this effect 'everything' as I don't want to kill my tv...

Thank you

Just edit XF86Config-4 for the correct settings... You'll also most likely want to specify a resolution of 800x600. There is also a sample file in /etc/X11...

the "tv" option at the intial boot screen on install only affects what happens during the actual install it doesn't affect anything after the first boot, so you would have to change your XF86Config-4 file anyways.
