Post subject:  Can anyone make sense of these errors?

My box was working pretty well, its R4 with the 0.14 packages installed. I must have done something to it though in the past week, and it will no longer record a whole show. When recording begins, the hard drive thrashes contstantly, and I'm lafter its done, I'm left with only a few megs of a show, of which the audio usually isn't synced with the video. I also cannot watch a show that is being recorded. The myth log is full of stuff like:

Code:

Watching and pausing live TV works fine. Any ideas?

Just a guess, but perhaps you should check the following;

df -k (do you have free disk space?)
ls -lsa /usr/local/mysql/data/ (I think thats where it would be installed)
Does the user / group mysql:mysql have access to the database files in specific?

Yeah, nothing looked incorrect there...I just broke down and reinstalled with R4V2, and all it well.
