Hello, can anybody tell me how to transcode the stream Myth creates into something I can watch on my PocketPC? I have a pvr-250, so the output is mpeg2. I have used nuvexport using the divx option, but when I play on the PPC I get video but no audio. When I play the export file in Windows Media Player9 on XP I get the audio....? Is there something that I am doing wrong? Thank you, SN |

I'm not sure what nuvexport exports the audio portion as, but you can do something like this to check and see if it's a problem with the nuvexport'ed sound. Find an avi that you can play on your ppc. Open it in windows media player, divx player, etc . While it's playing check the file preferences or statistics and look at the type of audio stream. Then, open something that you exported using nuvexport and do the same thing. Are the audio streams the same? If not, what's different about them (cbr, vbr, etc)? Try setting the values in nuvexport to the same as the avi you know you can play and you might get lucky. I don't have a ppc, so take this for what it's worth.. Just my two cents. |
