Could some one please help me with some problems I am having since changing the themes in MythTV. I am using KM R5E50 and have been using the default theme for a couple of weeks, but today I went and changed it.

After I selected the new theme it went though a process of scaling images, after this completed MythTV showed the new theme but it has introduced two new problems:

1. The image doesn't fit the screen, I can't see all of the menu text as it is off the screen on both sides.
2. Previously recorded programs have gone.

Interestingly, after swapping between a number of theme settings the recordings showed up at one point but I have not been able to reproduce this. The .mpg files are still there under /myth/tv

Could someone please advise the correct procedure to get the original screen scaling back so that I can see the whole of the MythTV screen? (do I have to recreate my original xorg.conf?)

<edit>: I checked my xorg.conf, the date stamp has not changed, it is still 18th Feb, so the change in screen appearance is nothing to do with any change in xorg.conf - perhaps the gui/overscan settings have been messed up by the act of changing to a different theme?

Also, if anyone knows how to get my recordings back please let me know,

thanks,

Kevin
