I have the image gallery, videos, and music all being mounted from my windows computer and only music and a few videos show up in mythtv. my fstab looks like this.

Code:
//source/Movies /myth/Video smbfs username=windowsuserename,password=windowspassword 0 0

//source/Videos /myth/Video smbfs username=windowsuserename,password=windowspassword 0 0

//source/Shows /myth/Video smbfs username=windowsuserename,password=windowspassword 0 0

//source/Images /myth/Gallery smbfs username=windowsuserename,password=windowspassword 0 0

//source/Music /myth/Music smbfs username=windowsuserename,password=windowspassword 0 0

Music, and Videos show up but nothing else... can only a few things be mounted at a time???

For MythGallery, the default is /myth/gallery. Did you change this to reflect Gallery? You cannot have multiple "shares" on the same mount point. Perhaps:

/myth/video/Movies
/myth/video/Videos
/myth/video/Shows

As well as /myth/video and /myth/music. *nix is case sensitive, if you didn't change the paths in the Setup then your KM system is looking in the wrong places...
