Actually what you're seeing is the title being repeated. MythTV does this when it doesn't have a subtitle (blast Cartoon Network!  ), the episode ID is in the DB as programid and you can copy that across to the subtitle if you want with a simple mysql update command. As you can see below the last two-three digits are where the unique part is:
