Post subject:  how to select audio channel for making iso

newest problem:
i have a recording of a tv-film sent in french and german (sound) at the same time.
when i made an iso of the recording, playback shows there are 2 sound channels mixed.
i redid the editing, and did check the box for 'german' (french was preselected, but seemed changable).
i did transcode again with that, and the resulting iso made no difference: two sound tracks mixed...

how do i make the iso with the german track only (KM seems to resist any change i make).

thanks,
rob

i seem to have found the solution

i did set the 'language' parameters in 'Localisation' (in Menu/Utilities/Setup of the frontend) to:
lang = english
guide lang1= german
guide lang2= english

ALL were set to 'english' in my original setup, now i changed lang1 to 'german'..
the iso is a 'mixed language' one again (the standalone player, and the computer itself does play it with 2 sound channels at the same time), but on both computer (in Xine) and on my standalone dvd player (an extra menupoint has appeared) i can NOW choose for the channel which plays the german sound..

i don't understand why KM was insisting on 'french' in the first place, as 'french' was not chosen at all in the initial setup of KM.
