Hi all, I just got a dedicated frontend machine working, and I have a problem with it. During playback, peoples faces will turn blue. I rebooted, and the problem went away for a few minutes, then all of a sudden the faces were blue again. Sometimes I'll get natural color back, but it will then revert to blue. Its an odd color shift. Something white, like a wall, or paper, won't show the discoloration. Skin tones are most affected, but I can tell that other colors are off as well. I haven't had the frontend running long enough to nail down a pattern of what triggers it. So far I've seen it with Ugly Betty and Kitchen Nightmares, both recorded in HD OTA. Setup is Compaq EVO D510 P4 2.4ghz PNY NVidia geforce 5200 256ram using s-video out 512 ram I've had XvMC on and off, no difference. I'll post back with more info as I have time to watch more shows. In the meantime, any ideas? TIA |
