Hello, When I run "Import Video Files..." from the Optical Disc menu my hard disk just thrashes for an hour (I got tired of waiting) and the menus freeze. I was hoping it would allow me to import mpg files on a DVD I inserted. When I looked at "top" it's showing that "cp" (owner mythtv) is using the most CPU usage. I finally killed the "cp" process and the front end showed me a browser view with the contents of my DVD. What is going on? Thanks |

Encrypted DVD? All or almost all commercial DVDs are encrypted. KnoppMyth doesn't come with the software to decode them for legal reasons. Try searching the forums for "dvd" and "perfect". Be sure to check "Search for all terms". |

Sorry should have been more clear. Not an encrypted DVD, just a DVD-ROM with 2 mpg files on it. |
