I would like to be able to add videos to mythvideo and have their parental level automatically set based on the directory in which I placed the video file. There is a page on the mythtv wiki which purports to provide a solution based on database triggers, but after following the instructions, any new videos that I add to the /myth/video directory tree do not get added to the database when I enter the Video Manager to scan for new videos. Has anyone tried this and been able to get it to work? Can anyone suggest a debugging technique I can use to work out why it is not working? |
