I want to migrate all my recordings, music, and videos from my mbe/sbe 5.5 setup over to a new linHES box videos and music are fairly straightforward, just copy, scan, done. But how do I move my recordings and get them referenced into the database correctly? |

Backup and upgrade. That is it. All you media will be present on the upgrade. If you are installing on new hardware and copying your data over, read the MythTV docs (section 22 if I'm remembering correctly). You can find the docs at http://ip.of.your.backend. |
