There must be something I'm missing. As well as nuvexport works, I'm trying to figure out why it was made, since transcoding is built into MythTV. The fact that nuvexport supports more formats is great, but why isn't the person who spent all that time writing it not working on incorporating those formats into the built-in transcode function of MythTV? MythTV already transcodes to MPEG4, it just needs to have the other formats added. Why was an external program made instead of completing the internal functionality of transcode to support the additional formats? Is there something I'm not understanding? Signed, Confused... |
