I'm wondering what people are using with good results. I'm running R4. but on Jan 02 I upgraded to the 0.13 debs and upgraded IVTV using cesmans tip. This was a desparate move because my wife asked for tivo back until the myth box is a little less glitchy. I never upgraded the pvr250 firmware, and don't even know how.
Things seemed better for several days, but the last couple of days some shows are recording as zero length. What's weird is yesterday it had 3 zero shows from NIK, then recorded my wifes soap opera just fine. This morning she tried to play a recording that was in progress, but saw that the preview picture was black so she stopped recording and went to live tv, and the show played fine.
This weekend I think I'll try to downgrade ivtv and see if that helps, unless I get some good tips here.
