I've tried to search something and got this answer:

Yeah, noticed that myself.

I took the liberty of searching for a fix, there seems to be one here:
http://forums.startlogic.com/viewtopic. ... df5e05d8a2

Basically it looks like a script to add an integer column called "search_time" to the search table. Whether this is more of a band-aid than a proper fix I'm not sure, might be worth also checking if there's an update to phpBB if this forum's not running the latest version.
