Let's hope they're talking about current cards, and not the junk that they're not worried about Intellectual Property in the driver source. I mean who want a VL-bus video card anyway? :lol:

Seriously, any video card that has Vendor-supplied Open Source drivers will win my business. -- even ATI.

Please nVidia, get there first, Don't make me buy an ATI card.

Really? I've heard rumours that ATI's svideo out produces a higher quality picture.

Even if it is just the "old" architectures that get opensourced, it's still a step in the right direction.... any change for the better is better!
