A shot in the dark here, but does anyone have a WD MyBook World II 1.5TB external NAS device? I biffed mine up pretty good and although I can follow rescue procedures for the 2TB edition, I still get no love from my 1.5TB version. I'm thinking I need a MBR specific to my version. So, if anyone can help, I have a load of good karma for you. |

I see this hasn't been replied to so only a suggestion, have you tried emailing tech support at the manufacturer or googling to find their ftp site which you could browse? |
