Dear sirs Long story short as a Ubuntu user but can you please tell me why my email address is banned on your site? I dont recall registering with yourselves but if i did it would have been quite awhile ago and am shocked to learn that I was unable to register due to the above mentioned reason. I had to use an alternative account to contact yourselves, I am not sure if I should list my email address here so will send it on request?Please advise. Regards Graham |

If it is a gmail address then it is due to a blanket ban on gmail due to spammers from some time ago. This is a bit frustrating as I can't change my profile to use my private email address, and have to use my work address instead. |

 Thanks. I put that question in my signature years ago as people would ask questions where the solution would be different depending on where they lived. Things like tv guide issues, time zones, PAL vs NTSC, or daylight savings, etc. Knowing their country made it easier to help them.
