CircuitCity has the Hauppauge WINTV-PVR 250 w/ Remote for $150 - $40 rebate - $20 rebate = $90 w/ free shipping. It has a MPG2 hardware decoder so this one of the better cards to turn your computer into a DVR. |

i assume you mean encoder? far as i know.. 250's only encode.. not decode |
