Hi,

since the upgrade to R5B7 mplayer and XFree take 100% when I'm playing a video. This results in a asynchronous sound. I can "fix" it a bit when I'm renicing the XFree process to -9. But that couldn't be the solution :)

I've got a PVR350 only system and before the upgade everything worked fine.

Following command line for mplayer is ued: /usr/bin/mplayer -fs -zoom -quiet -vo x11 %s
The "-vo xv" doesn't work -> no video.

This is the device section of the X config:

Code:
Section "Device"
Identifier  "Hauppauge PVR 350 iTVC15 Framebuffer"
        Driver      "ivtvdev"
        Option      "fbdev" "/dev/fb1"
        Option      "ivtvdev" "/dev/fb1"
        BusID "PCI:0:10:0"
EndSection

I'm using ivtv-0.4.4.

Anyone got a clue?

- Marcel

Why not? Don't sell yourself short. :)
