Hey there,

After the splash screen, while trying to install R5D1, it stops on:

Building card database...
Configuring em10k1...
Running update-modules...
Creating snddevices...

Then, it just stops. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm a total newbie.

Details of my system:
Dell Dimension 4100, Pent. III, 800mHz, 512 MB RAM
Win TV-PVR 150
GeForce FX5200, 128 MB
Creative SB Live sound card

That's it.

Do a search on R5D1 intall hang, you should find the help you need.
Also check out this link.
