When I was on r5c7 I followed the advice to change the sources listings to the stable :

Now that I have upgraded to r5E50 I notice the sources.list file is once again pointing to sid. Should I edit the r5E50 to also point to stable? I noticed on Tjc's sticky :

He mentions r5e50 is on sid and does not mention pointing sources to stable.


Which is it?

R5E50 was on SID, but with the recent Debian release SID has gone into wild west mode, and as a result you should probably switch to stable.
