When I was on r5c7 I followed the advice to change the sources listings to the stable : http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=SwitchingToStableAPTRepository Now that I have upgraded to r5E50 I notice the sources.list file is once again pointing to sid. Should I edit the r5E50 to also point to stable? I noticed on Tjc's sticky : http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=13108&highlight=r5e50+upgrade+tjc He mentions r5e50 is on sid and does not mention pointing sources to stable. Which is it? Thanks |

R5E50 was on SID, but with the recent Debian release SID has gone into wild west mode, and as a result you should probably switch to stable. |
