Interrupt problems

I have a Dell OptiPlex GX240 with a PVR-500. The problem is everything wants to use the same interrupt. I when went into the Bios to see if I can reset all interrupts but there is no option for that. I disables all on board devices and put some PCI cards into it. But still everything want to use the same interrupt. Is there a way I can manually tell the computer what interrupts to use or am I just SOL.

Here is my cat /proc/interrupts

root@mythtv:~# cat /proc/interrupts

0: 673740 IO-APIC-edge timer
1: 17 IO-APIC-edge i8042
2: 0 XT-PIC cascade
6: 5 IO-APIC-edge floppy
8: 1 IO-APIC-edge rtc
14: 8302 IO-APIC-edge ide0
15: 51407 IO-APIC-edge ide1
16: 46878 IO-APIC-level radeon@pci:0000:01:00.0
17: 314 IO-APIC-level Intel 82801BA-ICH2, ivtv0, eth0
18: 0 IO-APIC-level ivtv1

This why I can't have sound or use IVTV0. But everything else works.
