Stupid me, I know.

Deleted it by accident when setting up one of my front end boxes.

Can some one please post one, I dont have left.

it is the one located at:

/ect/cron.daily/mythtv-backend

That file hasn't been around for a while and has been recommended for removal for even longer. You should be running the mythfilldatabase (which was the only thing in there) from the backend.
