Hi.

I have a graphics card with one VGA and one DVI.
I only have the TV connected ( DVI ) for dayly use.
But my machine wont boot if i dont have the VGA connected.

Any way to make it boot with only the DVI connected?

Perhaps if you were to share your hardware configuration with us (specifically, video card make and model) someone could make an educated guess...

Have you specified that Myth is supposed to be using the DVI in X11/xorg.conf file?

Yes when x starts it changes from VGA to DVI.
So i can use the TV that is connected to the DVI.
Its only in the startup part that i need the VGA connection.

sounds to me like a xorg.conf issue... so you're saying that the vga needs to be plugged into a display device to boot, right?

do you have more than one screen specified? maybe it's waiting for EDID info from the vga to continue to boot... if you specify only the DVI do you get error messages in your log file?
